What happens in a Between Cycle Review?
Over a series of sessions, we take a step back and look at your IVF journey as a whole - not just the last cycle.
Together, we will:
Review your full treatment history - cycle by cycle, result by result - so nothing gets missed
Map your treatment clearly in an easy-to-follow spreadsheet you can keep and share with your treatment team
Translate the science - breaking down your embryology reports and numbers into plain English
Identify patterns and clues - what may be working, what may not, and why
Discuss egg and sperm health - what can realistically be influenced, and what can’t
Create a personalised plan for next steps - which may include further treatment, targeted changes, or reassurance that you’re already on the right track
Prepare clear questions for your doctor, and help you work out how to ask them so you get meaningful answers
Optionally prepare a written summary for your fertility specialist, outlining what we’ve discussed and the rationale behind your next steps (You’ll receive a copy to review before anything is shared.)
As part of your Between Cycle Review, you’ll also receive six months’ access to the IVFWTF program, giving you ongoing education and support as you put your plan into action.
You’ll have access to over two hours of focused, one-on-one support, drawing on more than 25 years of embryology and IVF experience, combined with lived fertility experience - all applied specifically to your case.

Do I need to have all my reports before booking?
Not necessarily. We can get started without them, though we'll need them for our second chat, so best to start requesting them now - especially your embryology reports. If you’re missing anything, we’ll talk through what to request and when, so you’re not scrambling.
Is this only for people planning another IVF cycle?
No. Some people use a Between Cycle Review to decide whether to continue, pause, or change direction. Clarity is just as important when you’re deciding what not to do next.
Will you tell me exactly what to do next?
I’ll help you understand your results, outline your options, and talk through next steps. The decisions are always yours - my role is to make sure you’re informed and confident when you make them.
Can you communicate with my fertility specialist?

Does this replace seeing my fertility specialist?
No. The Between Cycle Review is designed to complement your medical care, not replace it. I work alongside your treatment team, not instead of them.
